Do you deliver?
Yes! Prints are delivered via An Post.
Is it possible for me to collect my order when its ready?
No problem, I am located in Ballycullen, Dublin 24, once your order is ready for collection we can arrange a suitable collection time.
Once I place an order how long does it take to complete?
An order will take up to 7 days to be completed before it is ready for delivery/collection. If you require your order quicker than that please message and I will try my best to have it ready sooner.
Do you do returns?
Unfortunately returns are not possible as each order is made specifically for each individual order. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me as soon as possible.
I want to make a change to a design or an order, is this possible?
Depends...if your order has already been printed changes will not be possible. However, any orders that are possible to amend can be. Get in touch ASAP and I will see what I can do.
What are the prints printed on to?
Depending on the design, prints are printed on fine art Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gsm acid-free archival card or 230gsm high-quality white archival matt card.
For personalised prints you have the choice of which paper to chose. For non personalised prints they will be printed on 230gsm high-quality white archival matte card.
Do the prints come framed?
No, The Wishing Line offers a print only service. This ensures costs are kept low for the customer. Check out Ikea, Søstrene Grene, Amazon, The Range & Woodies for a great variety of affordable frames. Just make sure you check the measurements of your print before you purchase a print.
